Sofia Marinelli is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in the fashion and jewellery sectors. Currently serving as Design Director for Charms, Carriers & Collaborations at Pandora since November 2024, Sofia previously held several positions at Alexander McQueen from November 2015 to September 2025, including Senior Jewellery Designer and Junior Designer roles. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Tutor for the Accessories Design Studio Lab at Politecnico di Milano and an Assistant Designer role at Franco Pianegonda. Sofia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design from Politecnico di Milano and is furthering studies at the University of the Arts London and Politecnico di Milano in an Advanced Course of Jewelry Design.
