Steve Dwan

Steve Dwan currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for North America and Vice President of People Culture and Sustainability for China at Pandora, where responsibilities include driving corporate, commercial, and social responsibility objectives through a motivated workforce. Prior to joining Pandora, Steve Dwan held the position of Managing Director at People Capability Partners and served as Director of Human Resources for Australian Beverages at Coca-Cola Amatil. With a significant tenure at Coca-Cola, Steve Dwan was the Director of HR for the Bottling Investment Group, overseeing HR operations across over 20 countries, and General Manager of HR for Coca-Cola China, managing a workforce of more than 18,000 employees. Steve Dwan's career in HR began with various senior roles at Coca-Cola Amatil from 2000 to 2007. Steve Dwan holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics from the University of Southern Queensland.
