Stephane Nancy

Stephane Nancy currently serves as Chief Operational Excellence and Board Member at Pandrol, where initiatives have been implemented across 21 global sites to enhance health, safety, and quality standards, driving strategic programs for cost savings and productivity improvements. Previously, as Operations Director at FORVIA, Stephane directed operations at four manufacturing plants, optimizing production methodologies and leading a digitalization program. With extensive experience at Autoliv, including leading the EMEA operations for steering wheels and managing a significant global turnaround for a Daimler program, Stephane has also held leadership positions at Honeywell, Adient, and Lear Corporation, demonstrating a strong track record in operations management, program development, and profitability enhancement. Educational qualifications include executive business administration from ESSEC Business School, with additional studies at INSEAD and HEC Paris, complemented by a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
