Steve Forrest

Steve Forrest is a seasoned Manufacturing Operations Leader with extensive experience in various leadership roles across the aerospace and medical device sectors. They served as Business Systems and Quality Manager at FLL Aerospace Ltd / Midland Aerospace from 2001 to 2006, following a decade as Production Team Leader at BAE Systems. Steve held multiple management positions, including Group Production Manager at AESSEAL, Operations Manager at Sandvik Materials Technology and C W Fletcher & Sons Limited, and Business Unit Manager at SPS Aerostructures. Currently, they are the Site Director at PANDROL, where they continue to drive operational excellence.
