Tom Williams

Tom Williams is currently the Head of Design and Process Engineering at Pandrol, overseeing projects from Worksop, England. Previously, Tom held various roles in engineering management, including Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Legal & General and Operations Manager at IMI Precision Engineering. Tom's experience also includes significant positions at Rolls-Royce, where responsibilities ranged from managing teams to ensuring test readiness for civil aerospace programs. Tom holds a Master of Engineering in Aerospace Systems Engineering from the University of the West of England, earned with distinction.
