Joe A. has a diverse work experience as a real estate agent, engineer, and manager. Joe has worked as a Vice President of Engineering for two companies: Esdec Solar Group and PanelClaw, Inc., where they also served as a Director of Engineering, Engineering Manager, and Senior Mechanical Engineer. Joe was also a Senior Mechanical Engineer at American Science & Engineering, Inc. and a Design & Documentation Manager at L-3 Communications, where they managed mechanical design. Additionally, they worked as a Mechanical Design Manager at L-3 Maritime Systems and L3 Communications. Beginning their career at Wolf Coach as an Engineer, they eventually transitioned to real estate, where they worked as a Real Estate Agent for Credentials Realty and Clockhouse Realty, Inc.

Joe A. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, which they obtained between 1999 and 2003. Additionally, they obtained certification as an Engineer In Training from the Board of Registration of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in April 2004. Joe then went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute between 2005 and 2006.
