Todd Smith

Todd Smith possesses extensive experience in management and operations within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Manager at Panera Bread since April 2012, Todd's previous roles include Owner and Managing Member at Smart Water Concepts, LLC, where water conservation products were distributed in North Carolina. As a Market Partner for Champps Entertainment, Inc., Todd effectively supervised multiple General Managers and enhanced sales and profits. Earlier, during an entrepreneurial venture as Operating Partner of Panera Bread / Breaking Bread - Atlanta, significant growth was achieved in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Additionally, Todd held the position of President at 76th Avenue Holding, LLC, overseeing the development of T.G.I. Friday's units, and began a management training career at Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, where key training materials were authored. Todd is a graduate of The University of Dallas with a BA in Psychology.
