Alberto Salvadego

Alberto Salvadego has an economics background and more than 20 years of international experience in retail and food markets. They currently serve as Amministratore Delegato of Panfé. They previously served as Direttore Generale of Panfé from 2021 to 2022. Their leadership experience includes roles at Costa Group (Direttore Commerciale, 2019–2021) and multiple positions at IKEA Group—Store Food Commercial Responsible (2011–2012) along with other food-management roles such as Deputy Country Food Manager, Country Food Manager, and Store Food Manager—as well as earlier positions at HERA (Account Manager, 2005–2006), Lagardère Travel Retail (Operations Manager, 2008), and Made in Italy Group Ltd (Restaurant Manager, 2006–2008).
