MJ Baker, PHR, SHRM-CP, is currently the Director of People and Culture at Pangaea, where they focus on building and implementing strategies that foster individual and organizational growth. Previously, they served as the People and Culture Manager at DealRoom and held various HR roles, including Staffing Coordinator at St. Bernards Healthcare and Human Resources Manager at General Baptist Nursing Home. MJ has also worked as a Project Manager at Oberd - Universal Research Solutions, LLC. Pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration/Management at Arkansas State University, MJ is passionate about creating supportive work environments and advocates for environmental protection in their personal life.
