In 2016, they were the Managing Partner of AgroNation Investment House. From 2015 to 2020, they were a Board Member, YPO Change Maker, Learning Officer, and Vice Learning Officer for the Israeli Chapter of the Young Presidents' Organization.

Nir Ben-Lavi has a diverse educational background. Nir began their studies at Tel Aviv University in 1993, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology in 1996. Nir then continued their studies at the Tel Aviv University - Coller School of Management, where they earned an MBA in Marketing and Inventive Thinking in 2003. Finally, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Management from the International University of Business & Law in 2013.
