Pangea Intelligence was built on years of supply chain consulting, and one persistent observation: mid-sized manufacturers in Germany and Austria carry enormous geopolitical exposure, but none of the infrastructure to manage it.

Closed shipping lanes, sanctions, raw material shocks, and export controls are the same risks that keep multinationals' risk teams busy, arriving now at companies that have no dedicated risk function to handle them.

Pangea addresses this across three dimensions:

1) Continuous supply chain monitoring for trade route disruptions and supplier-level signals in real time, so that nothing becomes a surprise in hindsight.

2) Structured risk assessment that translates those signals into a clear picture of where a company's actual exposure lies: which suppliers, which materials, which routes carry concentration risk that isn't yet visible in day-to-day operations.

3) Corporate resilience strengthening, ranging from near-term operational measures like dual sourcing and buffer stock strategies to longer-horizon decisions such as redesigning product architectures to reduce dependence on critical raw materials from high-risk origins.

Built from consulting practice, designed for the Mittelstand in Germany and Austria.
