Pangea is a coffee company rooted in Istanbul. It was founded in late 2020 with the vision to redefine coffee quality. They work closely with a small number of producers worldwide that share their passion for quality with the idea that the only way to be truly sustainable is to grow together. At Pangea, they recognize the importance of progress in all parts of the value chain farming, roasting, and brewing. Each part has to be respected and understood as they are all dependent on each other. To learn more about Pangea and their coffees, visit their store located in central Istanbul.
