Daniel Roth is a 27-year CX and Operations leader, known for driving global transformations across more than 45 countries. Currently, they serve as the President and Founder of PangeaEffect, where they lead a team focused on operational optimization and AI-driven solutions. Previously, Daniel held multiple executive roles, including Vice President positions at DispatchHealth and OxBlue Corporation, and they worked with various organizations to enhance client experience and service delivery. Daniel also advises mission-driven organizations on education reform and digital media innovation while pursuing a degree at the University of Florida.
