Everett Brownstein

Everett Brownstein is currently the VP of M&A at Shield, where they leverage their extensive background in corporate development. They previously held positions as Principal of Corporate Development at Appfire and participated in various roles including Corporate Development Head and Capital Markets Consultant at ION. Everett began their career as an Enterprise Technologies Intern at The Advisory Board Company and later gained experience in litigation and research at firms such as Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and Sontag Advisory. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs with a focus on Economics from the Elliott School of International Affairs at The George Washington University.
