At the dawn of the 20th century, a profitable business could still operate without electricity. By 1999 this was no longer true. A legion of companies were launched to fabricate things that use electricity. Now any company can use electricity without having even one electrician on staff. AI will create more value this century than did electricity in the last. Every company will need AI tools that are easy to use so they don't have to hire their own AI experts. Trillions of dollars in value are coming.

Launching an AI company is a risky endeavor. It's like swinging for the fences-- risky, but a home run makes it worth the risk. Some of us have been working in AI since the mid 90s, and these are the most influential risks we've seen:
 - too early
 - no product-market fit
 - waste time on tasks not related to core offering
 - team issues
 - technical moat too expensive to achieve

Pangeon is an AI startup factory with a unique set of practices that reduce these risks. We produce series A-round ready companies with proven product-market fit and an average pre-money valuation of $10M. We intend to launch 20 companies in the first three years. Our project-journey method leverages the combined effort of many would-be founders and maximizes the value created from our initial funding. We develop more reusable intellectual property, and we get more hits at bat. This is how we hit more home runs.
