Justin Martin

Justin Martin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business intelligence, operations management, and consulting. As a Principal at Pango Technology since April 2014, Justin has focused on consulting practice development, business development, and team mentorship, while also engaging in sales and marketing, business strategy, and tactical operations. Justin serves as Managing Partner for both Tromar Properties and Martin's Red Oak Ranch, and previously held roles including Business Intelligence and Performance Management Consultant at BP, and Sr. Consultant at Altius Consulting, Inc. In addition to technical leadership, Justin has worked as a Sr. Software Engineer and a Sr. GIS Programmer/Analyst earlier in the career. Educational qualifications include two Bachelor's degrees in Outdoor Education and Environmental Science from Alaska Pacific University, complementing earlier studies at the University of North Texas and Texas Academy of Mathematics and Science.
