David Estes-Smargiassi

David Estes-Smargiassi is a skilled Software Engineer currently employed at Panic Button since September 2017. Prior experience includes a role as an Immersive Communications Intern at Bell Labs, where David engaged in audio research utilizing ultrasonic speakers for localization and developing applications for immersive game design. Additionally, David held leadership positions at North Woods YMCA Camp, serving as CIT Director and Head Counselor, and contributed as a Camp Counselor at The Pixel Academy, teaching digital music and game soundtracking. David holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Music and Technology from Stevens Institute of Technology, alongside a high school diploma from Boston Latin School.
