🐒 Panic Monkey Storage | Redefining Local Storage Solutions

The smarter, safer, and more human way to store your stuff.

Panic Monkey Storage (formerly X-Tra Space) is a North Carolina–based peer-to-peer storage marketplace connecting people who have extra space with neighbors who need it. Think of us as the “Airbnb of storage”—only local, secure, and community-driven.

🏠 For Hosts: Turn your unused garage, shed, or spare room into a source of passive income with built-in safety features, verified renters, and automated payments.

📦 For Renters: Find affordable, nearby storage without the long drives, rigid contracts, or high fees of traditional self-storage.

💡 Why We Exist
Traditional storage is expensive, inconvenient, and often full. Meanwhile, thousands of garages and sheds sit empty. Panic Monkey Storage bridges that gap—keeping money in local communities while helping people simplify their lives.

🌎 What Sets Us Apart
	•	30–50% cheaper than traditional storage
	•	Verified hosts, insured listings, and secure payments
	•	Local focus in New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender Counties
	•	10% of profits donated to support local unhoused residents and child food scarcity programs
	•	Born and built in North Carolina 💪

🚀 Our Mission
To make storage simpler, smarter, and safer—while empowering everyday people to earn, share, and thrive through trust and technology.
