The Pan IIT Alumni Foundation (PARFI) is a social impact organization focused on nation-building by creating large-scale livelihood opportunities across India. It is building one of the country’s largest public ecosystems for vocational skilling, employment, and entrepreneurship, with a strong focus on underserved communities in low human development index regions.

In partnership with state governments, industry, and philanthropic institutions, PARFI delivers scalable, outcome-driven models across skill development, employment generation, and micro-equity entrepreneurship. Its work spans sectors such as healthcare and manufacturing, with a clear emphasis on assured employment, women-led enterprises, and sustainable economic growth.

PARFI’s vision is to enable inclusive growth at scale, where skilling leads to employment, and employment drives dignity and long-term economic progress.
