Francesca Basso

Francesca Basso is an accomplished editor and content creator with extensive experience in publishing, particularly in children’s literature and comics. At Franco Cosimo Panini Editore S.p.A., Francesca served from January 2020 to May 2023 as an editor, content creator, and social media manager, focusing on the youth division. Previous experience includes freelance proofreading and editing from April 2016 to November 2020, as well as being a colorist and illustrator for graphic novels. Francesca’s work as a teacher of philosophy, history, and literature at Superprof spans from March 2011 to July 2018. Currently, Francesca works with Panini Comics as a proofreader and editor, along with freelance editing and writing with various publishing houses. Francesca co-founded Cthulhu Chronicles, contributing as an editor, colorist, and public relations specialist. Education includes multiple degrees from the University of Bologna in philosophy and publishing.
