Michael Golub has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Most recently, they held the role of VP, Finance and Strategy at Pano AI, a company focused on early wildfire detection and intelligence. Prior to that, they worked as an Investor at FOG Ventures, where they supported innovative founders creating tools for modern-day operators.

Before joining FOG Ventures, Michael was a Member of the Operators Guild, an organization that fosters collaboration and knowledge-sharing among industry professionals. Michael also served as the Sr. Director of Strategic Finance at DoorDash, overseeing the finance side of the company's corporate development efforts, including M&A and investment activities. During their tenure, DoorDash made significant acquisitions and investments in various companies.

Earlier in their career, Michael held executive positions at Sun Basket and 2 Degrees Food. At Sun Basket, they served as the SVP of Strategy and Finance, contributing to the company's rapid growth and disrupting the meal kit market. Michael also worked as the Head of Strategic Initiatives, leading key initiatives such as production facility search, demand forecasting, and packaging innovation. At 2 Degrees Food, they served as an Advisor and later as the VP of Operations and Finance, managing distribution partners and supply chain operations.

Michael's earlier experience includes serving on the Board of Directors at the Western Association of Food Chains and working as the Sr. Director of Sales & Marketing at C&S Wholesale Grocers, the largest wholesale grocer in the country. Michael began their career as a Summer Associate at Bain & Company, where they conducted private equity due diligence projects.

In 2009, Michael earned their MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Michael Golub completed their undergraduate education at Dartmouth College from 1999 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Following this, they pursued further education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
