Roya Kotobi

Roya Kotobi has over 28 years of professional experience in the software and real estate industries. In 2020, they began working as a Software Quality Assurance at Panoramic Software, Inc. From 2015 to 2020, they were a Realtor® at Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty, where they were part of a two-person team handling listing and sales in excess of $10,000,000 per year. Roya was also responsible for CRM and database management, and was able to build and grow relationships with buyers, sellers, home inspectors, appraisers, lenders, other agents, and personnel at title/escrow companies. From 2014 to 2015, Roya was the Director of Product Management at NextAce, where they worked with executives to roll out products, communicated closely with clients to assess their needs, and built relationships with stakeholders to surpass client expectations. From 2005 to 2014, they held various roles at DataTree by First American, including Director of Data Services, Manager of Product Development, and Manager of Quality Assurance and Client Support. In these roles, they determined innovative ways to incorporate the company’s data product, led a large cross-functional team, managed development of an internal data repository, and improved customer satisfaction and help desk performance. From 2004 to 2005, they were the Quality Assurance Manager for Valuation Products at DataQuick Information Systems. Finally, from 1992 to 2004, they were the Manager of Data File Products Fulfillment and Support, and Senior Account Manager for the Lender Services Division at DataQuick Information Systems. In these roles, they were a direct report to the president and COO of the company, re-engineered the Data File Products division’s business practices, tools and processes, and was responsible for on-site and remote training of top 25 lender accounts.

Roya Kotobi obtained their Bachelor of Science in Management from Pepperdine University. Roya also holds a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent certification from the California Department of Real Estate, which they obtained in July 2016.
