Mark Bell

Mark Bell, PhD, is the Head of Private Capital and Family Office at Balentine, where they lead strategies focused on serving intergenerational families in private capital, with an emphasis on real estate, private equity, and venture capital. They previously held roles at Diversified Trust as Managing Principal and Board Director, and at D. E. Shaw & Co. as Director of Strategy/Private Equity Investor. Mark served as Executive in Residence at Emory University's Center for Alternative Investments and is currently a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Quantitative Theory and Methods at Emory. They have contributed to various organizations and boards, with a rich educational background that includes a PhD from the University of Oxford.
