We are an operator-led investment firm that invests in businesses where stakeholder misalignment limits valuation.

We invest in founder-led companies where the people, relationships, and potential are stronger than the company’s current structure. We do more than provide money. We step inside the business to fix governance, bring in the right operators, create partnerships, support strategic pivots, and help execute exits.

Our goal is to turn better alignment into real enterprise value, then build operator-led studios and funds that can repeat this model again and again.

Our focus is on operationally complex, relationship-heavy, undercapitalized businesses where some much needed stakeholder alignment can unlock durable valuation growth.

Q: Who do we seek to collaborate with?
A: Operators/Builders who steps up for the ride and the craft.

In particular, we actively seek to connect people who:
(1) leverage their primary work to create options,
(2) proactively build deep, sincere, and lasting relationships, and
(3) always take full ownership of the outcomes they are involved in.
