Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at Pansophic Learning since 2019, Buddy focuses on supporting the company's mission to provide equitable education solutions. Prior roles include tenure as Counsel in the Corporate, Securities & Tax Department at Miles & Stockbridge P.C., and as an Associate in the Corporate Departments of Greenberg Traurig, LLP and Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, where expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and financial transactions was developed.
