Todd Ryan

Todd Ryan is an experienced technology executive currently serving as the Senior Director of Field Engineering at Pansophic Learning since June 2023. Prior to this role, Todd was the Chief Technology Officer for Fulton County Government from February 2023 to June 2023. From April 2009 to January 2023, Todd served as the Chief Information Officer at the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, which is recognized as a leading law enforcement agency in Florida. Earlier in Todd's career, significant positions included Director of I.T. Operations at Bealls and Director of Information Technology at Pegasus Transtech. Todd Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology from Western Governors University and has additional education from St. Petersburg College.
