Pantai Bharu began as a small construction company in Jalan Pantai Bharu, Kuala Lumpur, before transitioning into the auto-trading industry in 1978. Recognizing the growth potential of the Malaysian automotive market, Pantai Bharu specialized in imported used and reconditioned vehicles, particularly from Japan. This early venture aligned with the New Economic Policy (NEP), a program aimed at fostering local business growth and economic restructuring in Malaysia.

In 1983, Pantai Bharu ventured into the national automotive scene by launching an EON Sales Dealership (now Proton Edar Sales Dealership) in Taman Berkeley, Klang. By 1991, the company secured land in Jalan Meru, Klang, establishing Bangunan Pantai Bharu, a significant milestone reflecting its steady expansion and growing influence.

With a workforce of over 200 professionals, Pantai Bharu remains committed to staying relevant and evolving with the industry. The company proudly operates multiple dealerships across Malaysia:

- Proton 3S in Jalan Kapar, Klang
- Proton and Emas 3S in Persiaran Anggun, Rawang
- Proton 1S in Bandar Baru Klang
- Perodua 3S (upgraded CI coming soon) at its Klang HQ
- Future Perodua 3S planned at the border of Klang and Shah Alam
- KIA 3S at its HQ
- Dong Feng EV showroom, embracing the electric vehicle revolution
- Imported Car Showroom, the legacy and prestige
- Pusat Servis Pantai Bharu, hospitality and quality

At its core, Pantai Bharu is more than just a dealership—it’s a brand built on trust, customer-centric values, and a passion for automobiles.
