Lucy Hitz

Lucy Hitz currently serves as the Director of Product Marketing at Pantheon since July 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Product Marketing Manager at Microsoft, where Lucy managed the post-acquisition integration of Ally.io and the launch of Viva Goals. Lucy's career also features notable positions at Ally.io as Director of Content and at Sprout Social, Inc. as Senior Manager of Customer Marketing, responsible for growth marketing initiatives and leading significant customer engagement events. Earlier roles include Head of Marketing Communications and Senior Content Marketing Manager at Simply Measured, where Lucy established the company as a thought leader in the social media analytics space. Lucy holds a BA in English/Creative Writing from Colby College and an MFA in Writing from the University of New Hampshire.
