Miranda Desa

Miranda Desa is an experienced lawyer and strategist with a focus on efficiency and results. Miranda has worked in the legal field since 2007, starting as a caseworker at Queen's Legal Aid. Miranda then completed their articling at Stieber Berlach LLP in 2010, before becoming a lawyer at Rachlin & Wolfson LLP in 2011. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a lawyer at AMR LLP. In 2015, they became a lawyer at McCague Borlack LLP and in 2019, they began working as general counsel at Pantonium Inc, a clean tech company focused on revitalizing the transportation world. Miranda specializes in risk management, animal law, and environmental law and uses these skills to assist cutting edge companies and non-profit organizations make the world a better place.

Miranda Desa attended Queen's University from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained their JD in Law. Prior to that, they attended Lakehead University from 2003 to 2007, earning an HBA in Philosophy and Political Science.
