Stephen Joys

Stephen Joys has worked in various roles since 2004. Stephen began their career at Bell as a Corporate Billing Programmer, where they were responsible for compiling invoices for corporate clients and developing software to bridge legacy client DB to MS Excel. Stephen also wrote documentation and trained 20+ claims support staff on use of the software. In 2008, Stephen moved to Ryerson University, where they managed the public-facing desk to handle photographing and printing faculty and student university cards on custom card printers, as well as training and managing 5-10 seasonal staff on the use of software and printers during peak periods such as enrollment week. In 2010, Stephen began working at Pigeon Hearts Ltd. Private ESL school, where they taught English and developmental skills to preschoolers and school children ages 1 to 9, as well as managing staff and interacting daily with parents regarding school programs and student progress. Stephen is currently employed at Pantonium Inc, where they serve as an Operations and Support Specialist.

Stephen Joys obtained their High School Diploma from Marc Garneau Collegiate Institute in 2003. Stephen then attended Brock University from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. In October 2021, they obtained a JavaScript certification from TestDome. In May 2022, they obtained a Standard First Aid & CPR/AED level C certification from Toronto First Aid Certification Inc.
