Meredith Brooks is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer success, operations, and marketing. Currently serving as an Automations Specialist and Customer Success Manager at Mangomint since April 2022, Meredith previously held various leadership roles at Paul Mitchell Schools, including Operations Leader and Marketing & Admissions Leader across multiple locations. Additionally, experience includes managing marketing and operations at Terra Firma Salon and serving as Spa Manager at Polished by Claire V., where responsibilities encompassed staff management, vendor relationships, and customer service excellence. Meredith’s career began as a Teller at Member One Federal Credit Union, following a high school education at Northside High School from 2009 to 2013.
