Jim Richards is currently the Executive Director of PFSG at PAOC. They served as the President of Summit Pacific College from 1987 to 2006. Jim holds a Doctor of Ministry and a Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Theological Studies from York Memorial Collegiate.
