Ann Mello has a strong background in client success and account management. Ann currently holds the position of Vice President of Client Success at Papa. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Strategic Account Executive at Onlife Health and as the Vice President of Client Success at MDLIVE, Inc.
Earlier in their career, Ann served as the Director of National Accounts and Director of Marketing Communications at ConsumerMedical. Ann also held the role of Managing Director of Brand and Market Communications at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, where they were responsible for leading the communications strategy for a successful Medicare product launch.
Before entering the healthcare industry, Ann worked as a Senior Account Manager at Staples and Prevision Marketing, where they supported direct marketing initiatives for notable companies such as ToyRUs, Stop & Shop, Talbots, and CVS Caremark. Ann also worked as a Marketing Specialist at Kessler Financial Services.
Throughout their diverse work experience, Ann has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive client success, develop effective communications strategies, and contribute to the growth and profitability of various organizations.
From 1992 to 1996, Ann Mello attended the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. Ann obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
