Michael Butcher

Michael Butcher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product support management within the machinery and forestry sectors. Currently serving as the Product Support Manager at Papé Machinery Construction & Forestry since September 2023 and at Papé Group since May 2021, Michael oversees operations across five branches in Hawaii, managing parts and service departments while fostering customer relationships. Michael has a long tenure at Pape Machinery starting in December 2004, during which responsibilities have included managing service and parts departments, developing budgets and marketing strategies, and enhancing customer relations. Prior to this career, Michael served in the United States Air Force, honing skills in quality assurance and inventory management. Michael holds an Associates degree in Business Administration from Tacoma Community College and a diploma in Automotive Collision from Wyoming Technical Institute.
