Clare Bates

Clare Bates is an experienced Sr. Product Marketing Manager with a strong background in EdTech and startup environments. Currently, Clare holds a position at Paper since September 2025 and previously served in the same capacity at Branching Minds from August 2024 to September 2025, focusing on K12 student support systems. Prior to that, Clare was with Prenda from December 2020 to July 2024, contributing to a microschool startup aimed at enhancing school choice and educational entrepreneurship. Clare's experience also includes positions as a Product Manager at Aptly and ShowMojo, where responsibilities encompassed early-stage and bootstrapped PropTech initiatives.
