Mohit Rohatgi

Mohit Rohatgi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and corporate development within the ed-tech sector. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy at Learneo and Course Hero, Rohatgi has been instrumental in corporate strategy execution and a significant $380M Series C fundraise. Previous roles include leading M&A strategy at Eaze, where critical functions and strategic pivots were developed, and contributing to five successful transactions in 18 months. Rohatgi has also co-founded a computer vision AI startup and advises early-stage founders at 10x Venture. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University and completion of CFA Level 2.
