Ali Raza

Ali Raza has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Ali started their career in 2012 as a Network Support Officer at EVS Professional Training Institute. Later, they worked as an IT Incharge at National College of Business Administration & Economics from 2013 to 2015. Ali then joined Beaconhouse National University (BNU) as an IT Lab Incharge, where they demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. In 2019, Ali Raza worked as a Working Student IT Administrator at Institut für Toxikologie und Pharmakologie für Universitätsklinikums Schleswig-Holstein. Ali gained further experience as a Freelance IT Support Technician at Powershell Project, providing end-user support and maintaining IT infrastructure. In 2022, Ali Raza joined Infosys as an IT Professional Junior, responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining information technology systems. Currently, they are working at Paper & Tea as an IT Administrator (Systems & Operations), providing technical troubleshooting and problem-solving solutions for iOS and Windows platforms.

Ali Raza completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Imperial College of Business Studies from 2013 to 2018. Ali then pursued further education at Technische Universität Clausthal, where they obtained a Master's degree in Informatik (Computer Science) from 2020 to 2023. In addition to their formal education, Ali Raza also earned certifications in System administration and IT infrastructure services from Coursera Course Certificates in September 2022, as well as a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification from Cisco in 2016.
