Dylan Mikres is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, digital marketing, and operations management. Currently serving as a Bartender at Exile On Main Street since July 2022, Dylan ensures a safe bar environment while delivering excellent customer service. Concurrently, as a Digital Marketing Intern at Papercut Interactive, Dylan supports SEO efforts for multiple clients and helps expand the company's network. With a long tenure at Bellhops, Dylan has progressed from a Digital Marketing Intern to roles including Senior Daily Operations Specialist and Onboarding and Hiring Lead, demonstrating strong skills in operations, training, and team support. Prior experience includes serving as Inventory Management Lead and Quality Control Lead at Samplize, Corp., and as a Keyholder at The Crag at Cool Springs. Dylan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Columbia State Community College.
