Kyle Aurand

Kyle Aurand has a long work experience in the software development industry. Kyle started their career in 2007 as a Web Programmer at Campus Life. In 2008, they joined R/GA as a Flash Developer and worked there until 2010. During this time, they designed and built applications for the Nike family of websites, implemented updates and changes to existing web applications and managed data and updates for several websites. In 2010, they progressed to Senior Open Standards Developer at R/GA and then to Partner at Mink Works in 2013. In 2014, they joined JW Player as a Software Engineer where they wrote Javascript using polyfills to support modern features on legacy platforms, developed responsive UIs for mobile and desktop browsers using HTML and CSS and integrated open-source libraries and interactive ad SDKs with JW Player. Finally, in 2017, they became a Senior Frontend Developer and then a Frontend Developer at Paperless Post.

Kyle Aurand received a Bachelor of Science degree in New Media - Interactive Development from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2009, having started their studies in 2005.
