Tim Lippmann has extensive experience in sales and customer support, currently serving as the Head of Sales DACH at Papershift since March 2018, following roles as Team Lead Sales DACH and Account Executive DACH. Prior to this, Tim worked at DV-COM from August 2010 to March 2018, holding positions including Customer Support Representative, Kommunikationstrainer, and Fachtrainer. Papershift is a SaaS solution for planning, tracking and reporting of working time in companies. Founded in 2015 and based in Karlsruhe, Germany, the company currently employs about 50 people and has several thousand customers in over ten European countries. The team’s vision is to help organizations better organize themselves. For example, teamscan use Papershift to create duty or vacation schedules, as well as record and evaluate times. In each case, this can be done via mobile apps, a browser, terminals or via the API. The possibilities of Papershift’s software are also enhanced considerably by an open API, integrations with third-party systems, and a dedicated app store with add-ons.
