Ryan Kleman

Ryan Kleman has extensive experience in sales and operations management, currently serving as Inside Sales Manager and previously as Warehouse Manager at PaperTech since July 2021. Prior to this role, Ryan held various positions at MIDWAY PRODUCTS GROUP, INC. from July 2017 to July 2021, including Shipping Manager, Materials Analyst, and Customer Service Coordinator, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing shipping operations to maintaining communication with customers regarding deliveries. Ryan also served as President and CEO of Ottawa Feed and Grain from January 2016 to January 2020, focusing on leadership and strategic growth initiatives. Ryan earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Northwestern Ohio between 2004 and 2006.
