Scott Chaney

Scott Chaney, CRL, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in reliability engineering and management. Currently, Scott serves as a co-host for the Lead to Light Podcast since October 2023. At PaperWorks, where Scott has worked since March 2017, roles include Director of Reliability, Packaging, and Corporate Reliability Engineer. Prior experience includes positions at WestRock Company as Converting Manager and Cutting and Die Shop Manager, and at Rock-Tenn Company as Continuous Improvement Engineer. Scott's early career includes a logistics co-op at Robert Bosch and a CAD/3D Designer role at Intellitech, Inc. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University, obtained between 2008 and 2013.
