Pap’s Jerky is a Louisville, KY based beef jerky and beef stick company whose mission is to Fuel Your Outdoor Lifestyle™.

The spirit behind the Pap’s brand lies at the heart of Owner Jim Richardson’s love for the outdoors. An avid outdoorsman who was unsatisfied with the jerky offerings on the market, Jim set out to create a beef jerky that had a texture that lived up to the traditions of adventurers, rangers and cowboys chewing on jerky as a staple while in the Great Outdoors. “Just the right amount of chew!” was his mantra - and we think you’ll find Pap’s to be the perfect chew, not to mention those sensationally original flavors!

While Jim’s original vision is steeped in the past, it’s never been more important for people to reconnect with nature and enjoy the great outdoors. More and more, people are starting to care about what they’re putting into their bodies and are concerned with where their food is sourced. As many people are turning to eating habits that are free of gluten, low carbohydrates, and naturally sourced, it turns out that beef jerky is a perfect snack for a healthy and active lifestyle.
