Paqell was established by partners Shell Global Solutions and Paques, a Dutch biotech pioneer with a 50 year heritage, to commercialise the innovative yet proven THIOPAQ® desulphurisation technology in a predominantly conservative industry.

Paqell is a JV of Shell and Paques. If something needs done in the Oil & Gas industry it usually gets one or more of following ingredients thrown at it: Science, Chemistry, Energy, Equipment, Manpower.

At Paqell we believe in the Power of Nature: find out what can be done by nature itself and just lend a helping hand to create a competitive solution. Simple. Stable. Safe.

Our owners have spent the past 15 years perfecting a naturally occurring process as old as Oil and Gas itself to bring you a better solution to take sulphur out of your (natural) gas streams: THIOPAQ Oil & Gas.
