Karla Leis

Karla Leis is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer at PAR Systems since June 2021, Leis leads a team of 450, focusing on strategic market development and performance improvement. Prior to this, Leis held multiple senior positions at nVent from 2017 to 2021, including President and Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President, General Manager for Hoffman. Leis also served as Vice President of Sales Operations at Pentair, and held progressive leadership roles at Tennant Company from 2000 to 2016. Earlier career experience includes positions at Datacard and Cummins Power Generation. Leis holds both an MBA and a BS in Marketing from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
