Tracy Sherk

Tracy Sherk has extensive experience in marketing and sales roles, with a focus on strategic planning and leadership. Tracy is currently the Director of Strategic Marketing & Communications at PAR Systems since 2022. Prior to that, Tracy held the position of Director Of Strategic Solutions at Banner Engineering from 2020 to 2022. Before joining Banner Engineering, they were the Director of Technical Sales at UMC, Inc. from 2019 to 2020. Tracy also has a strong background in marketing, having served as the Global Director of Marketing at Banner Engineering from 2016 to 2019. Tracy has held various other roles including Content Strategy Manager, Vertical Marketing & Sales Support Manager, Application Engineer, Design Engineer, and Associate Design Engineer throughout their career. Tracy's roles have involved developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans, leading organizational change, and overseeing teams and projects.

Tracy Sherk earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls in 2004. Tracy later pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, completing it in 2014.
