Mia Clark began their career as a Technical Support Specialist at Apple in 2020. In this role, they helped solve individuals' issues by relating to them to better learn about their issue, where they then researched and engaged in persistent problem solving until the resolution was met. Mia also enriched the customer experience by being personable so the individual customer had a real connection with the larger firm and was shown that their issue mattered. Mia Clark began their educational journey in 2018 when they enrolled at the University of Central Florida to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus in Accounting and Business/Management.
