Parachute's mission: A Canada free of serious injuries, with Canadians living long lives to the fullest

Parachute is a Canadian national charity dedicated to preventing serious and fatal injuries through evidence-based solutions that advocate and educate.

Parachute officially formed in July 2012, when the former Safe Communities Canada, Safe Kids Canada, SMARTRISK and ThinkFirst Canada joined together to become one leader in injury prevention. Parachute's injury prevention solutions, education and communications, research partnerships, public policy advocacy and social awareness efforts are designed to help keep Canadians safe.
