Parachute — Workforce Productivity Intelligence
Most organisations are losing £6.6m per 1,000 employees every year to presenteeism, absenteeism and staff turnover. Most of it is invisible to standard reporting. None of it is inevitable.

Parachute is an independent workforce productivity intelligence business.
We measure what your organisation is losing in workforce capacity, diagnose what is driving it and give leadership the evidence to recover it.

Diagnose · Decode · Decide

Who we work with
Employers
We quantify the true cost of workforce capacity loss, decode its drivers across health, management systems and work design, and build an evidence-based recovery roadmap. Typical outcome: ~£210k recovered per 1,000 employees from a 5% capacity improvement.

Universities
Population-level health intelligence that identifies the students your systems cannot see — closing the diagnostic gap before disengagement, underperformance or dropout.
