We have successfully completed hundreds of projects in South Western Washington including commercial and residential contracts of all levels. To achieve this, PBC is continually investing in ways that will pay off in competitive advantages for its customers, such as structural plan review, pre-construction conferencing, equipment, and a full line of products. We have developed a client evaluation system to gather feedback from our clients. The ultimate goal is to meet our clients’ needs with the “Zero punch list”.

PBC was founded in December 2008 by Jonathan and Rina Hernandez as a Washington state Limited Liability Company. In 2012 the company welcome Saul de la Torre as Business Operator partner and establish an Office in Covington WA.
